Building a Building and Building a Faculty – at the Same Time!

Guide Description:

How do you sustain building a facility and a faculty simultaneously and what happens henceforth? When 5000 km2 is renovated in order to create a different learning environment, there is plenty to do! When creating a faculty which can sustain and develop this different learning environment (a faculty sharing a passion of enhancing students’ learning through entrepreneurship), needless to say – times are indeed changing! This presentation will be present the story of the I-House (began June 2007, opened August 2008) presented by two lecturers who will depict a tale (including all the highs and lows) and share models pertaining to organizational change and innovation – the how’s and what’s and why’s and but’s. This session will be highly interactive and the attendees imagination will be challenged!
