In this webinar, President Daniel Larson and his team from Cayuga Community College will share their successful outcomes that resulted from infusing an entrepreneurial mindset across campus. Participants will learn how leaders must formulate a vision of the future and focus on new ways of doing "business." The entrepreneurial president must forge collaborative relationships with faculty, staff, and community partners as community colleges face growing challenges, such as resource scarcity.

Participants will gain an understanding of how to apply entrepreneurial principles to community college leadership and administration, how to affect cultural change within the community college while developing strategies for responsible risk-taking, and how to engage community partners with college affiliates while leveraging resources.
