FALL RIVER — The Academic Center for Entrepreneurship at Bristol Community College wants nominees for its sixth annual entrepreneurship awards this spring.
Nominations are due by Feb. 15 and may go to individuals or groups in three categories: developing entrepreneur, for companies less than 10 years old; cornerstone entrepreneur, for well-established firms deemed important to the region, and benevolent entrepreneur, for businesses that have made positive contributions to the environment or region.
The panel of judges is comprised of the members of the ACE Advisory Board. The judging criteria will include a general assessment of the company's recent performance, strategic direction, product or service demand, company leadership characteristics including personal integrity and values and level of community involvement.
