CHICAGO — If Central Arizona College’s Al Larson spent three minutes in an elevator with a snazzily dressed gentleman toting a wad of cash traveling to the upper floors of the Sears Tower, could he exit his ride with a new best friend and a potential investor?

Thanks to Larson, CAC has received a $7,500 Coleman Foundation Elevator Grant to support an entrepreneurship cadre.
