NIACC Entrepreneurs’ Exchange Presents “Thriving in Permanent Whitewater”

Performance Resources Consulting, based in Iowa, is a firm Garnet founded after a successful career as manager with a McGladrey & Pullen consulting practice. He is familiar with our region and the challenges small business owners face. In addition to his real world experience, Garnet holds a BA degree in Business Administration: Human Resources and Business Communications from the University of Northern Iowa as well as certifications in Employment Law, ERISA Benefits/COBRA Administration and the Six Sigma Black Belt.   

This presentation will be fast paced, energetic, motivational and will provide you with a list of practical tips to set your business up for success in the midst of permanent whitewater. Tips will help bring action to your strategic plan, make your team the A-Team and create outcomes that are accountable.
