National award lauds effort in assisting owners in many areas
The Small Business Development Center at Jefferson Community College will receive national recognition for its help to aspiring entrepreneurs and small-business owners.
The center has been named the top center in the nation, earning the Service Excellence and Innovation Award. The award is given by the U.S. Small Business Administration every year during National Small Business Week, May 23 to 25, in Washington, D.C.
