Who Will Be Running Your Company in the Future?

Succession planning is the process that will help you create a plan for a smooth transition between you and the future owners of your business. Mark Olchefske, Director Incubation & Accelerator Services, and Ted Bair, Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Director, will present information you can use to develop a timeline for a successful business transition.  They will show you how to do an asset preparation, how to prepare the necessary financial statements, how to navigate the issues of business valuations, what type of marketing plan will work best for you, and whether you should enlist professional assistance.
