Joe Hoffmann will talk about the changes in the
law, when they will be implemented and their impact on businesses and
entrepreneurs. Hoffmann is a partner in the Zarley Law Firm in Des Moines and
practices mainly in the area of patent preparation and prosecution.He has a Bachelor’s degree in
engineering physics with an emphasis in mechanical engineering from Bradley
University and a J.D. degree from Drake Law School.He is admitted to practice law in Iowa and before the U.S.
Patent Office.
