Milwaukee Area Technical College has teamed up with a hot water company to launch The Hottest Kitchen Entrepreneur Challenge.
Got a wonderful longtime family recipe?A signature sauce that
consistently draws raves? A white thumb for baking that you're itching
to put to a commercial test?
Anyone with an innovative idea for a food business is invited to
enter the challenge for a chance to win both start-up cash and expert
counseling and guidance fora new food business.
Entries can be submitted starting April 2 at www.hotwater247.com,
the website of Reliable Water Services, a provider of hot water
services to Wisconsin restaurants. The deadline is midnight May 18.
Three finalists will be notified by June 15, and the winner will be
determined later in summer at a judging event.
