“Let’s Talk About Your Business” -- The GrowthWheel Framework
GrowthWheel is a visual way of looking at areas of business that business advisors and educators already know, and which entrepreneurs and business owners are already working on. GrowthWheel helps prioritize work on the four challenges that all companies share:
- Creating an attractive business concept
- Building a strong organization
- Establishing Lasting Customer Relations
- Maintaining profitable operations
The GrowthWheel Framework helps navigate in a reality that is changing by the day. It breaks down the four challenges into 20 Focus Areas and makes it faster to get focused, set an agenda, make decisions and take action. GrowthWheel helps companies prioritize what to do and what not to do, rather than trying to make a perfect plan for everything. Using time more efficiently will set the course for growth and success.
GrowthWheel is used for training and one-to-one advising by more than 1,600 business advisors, incubator managers, angel investors, and entrepreneurship educators in more than 30 US states and in over 30 countries around the world.
- How to get a 360 perspective for the counselor and the entrepreneur
