Professional Bio
In her role as vice president of NACCE, Anne Strickland serves as a strategic and process-minded leader, leveraging her background in nonprofit leadership to build scalable strategies for NACCE with an eye on efficiency, growth, and impact. She is working closely with NACCE leadership build on recent successes, increase NACCE’s virtual footprint, expand organizational capacity, and forecast future growth opportunities.
Strickland has more than a decade of nonprofit leadership experience with a strong background in relationship building and communications. She is also an entrepreneur who enjoys graphic design and creative consulting through her own firm, aS Design. Strickland holds a BS in Communications from Appalachian State University and a MS in Technical Communication from North Carolina State University. She is currently working toward a certificate in Nonprofit Management at Duke University, as well as the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential through the American Society for Association Executives. In her free time, she serves as a volunteer leader and active sustaining member of the Junior League of Raleigh.
