Entrepreneurial Learning Initiative

Join a distinguished group of educators and thought leaders from across the U.S. and around the world to learn how to implement the Ice House Entrepreneurship Programs in your classroom, organization, and community.

The three-day Entrepreneurial Mindset Facilitator Certification Training enables participants to become certified to facilitate the Ice House Entrepreneurship Programs. ELI master facilitators conduct the training using an engaging mix of presentations, open discussions, video case studies, small group activities, coaching exercises, and experiential, problem-based learning. Upon successful completion of the certification training, participants will receive an Entrepreneurial Mindset Facilitator Certificate qualifying them to facilitate any of the Ice House Entrepreneurship Programs.

What is an Entrepreneurial Mindset Certified Facilitator?

Ice House Entrepreneurship Programs are experiential, problem-based learning programs designed to inspire and engage participants in the fundamental aspects of an entrepreneurial mindset. With this methodology, facilitators do not need to be subject matter experts in the field of entrepreneurship. The role of the instructor is to facilitate learning by supporting, guiding, and monitoring the learning process. Rather than providing specific directives, the facilitator encourages participants to solve identified problems, find and apply new knowledge, take action, and cope with uncertainty and challenges that they confront.

Why You Should Attend

Ice House can be implemented to advance student success, develop your workforce, or improve small business outcomes. This training will allow you to develop a deeper understanding of the Ice House Program philosophy, methodology, and content while developing your own entrepreneurial mindset. The Entrepreneurial Mindset Facilitator Certification is designed to equip facilitators with the necessary tools and techniques to effectively implement Ice House Programs.
