Rachel coordinates The Lemelson Foundation’s regional focus within the State of Oregon, working to enhance the local ecosystem that inspires individuals to invent, supports invention education, and nurtures young inventors in taking their idea to impact through new invention-based businesses.

Carlene Cassidy, Incoming CEO of the Philip E. & Carole R. Radcliffe Foundation in Maryland

Carlene is an experienced professor of business with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. She is skilled in entrepreneurship education, mentoring, coaching, program development and New Venture.

Raj Rajagopal, Founder of the Manodharma Foundation in Iowa

Raj is a professor emeritus at the University of Iowa where he taught for 38 years in the Department of Geographical and Sustainability Sciences. He founded the Manodharma Foundation in November 2017 to promote cultural exchanges between India and the United States.

Thom Ruhe, President & CEO of the NC IDEA Foundation in North Carolina

Thom is an entrepreneur, investor, and mentor who works with entrepreneurs, governments, universities and NGOs around the world to embrace the entrepreneurial mindset needed to grow vibrant economies.
