Overview:
Stepping into a management role for the first time can be both exciting and overwhelming. One of the biggest challenges new managers face is establishing credibility—not just with their teams, but with peers and senior leaders. This interactive, 3-part online Master Class gives you the tools, mindset, and game plan to build trust and confidence from day one.

Whether you’re navigating your first team meeting or planning your 90-day roadmap, you’ll learn how to avoid common credibility traps, act with intention, and develop a leadership presence that inspires performance and respect.

In this session, you’ll learn how to:

  • Understand what builds—and breaks—managerial credibility
  • Apply a clear framework: Competence + Character + Consistency
  • Take the right actions in your first 90 days
  • Establish trust across all directions: up, down, and across
  • Avoid credibility killers that can damage morale and momentum
  • Build long-term habits that reinforce your leadership identity

Leave with:
A strong foundation, clear actions, and the confidence to lead with integrity—right from the start.

All attendees will recieve a certified Credly Badge after the series concludes.
