About Workforce Connect:

Workforce Connect: The Workforce Partnership Management Platform Built for Community Colleges

Community colleges are at the heart of workforce and economic development. Yet, most institutions still rely on spreadsheets, emails, or generic CRMs to manage employer relationships, advisory boards, work-based learning, customized training, and grants. These tools weren’t designed for workforce — and they create inefficiencies, duplication, and gaps in institutional knowledge.

Workforce Connect changes that.

Built in collaboration with college leaders and workforce professionals, Workforce Connect is the first platform designed specifically to simplify, standardize, and scale how colleges manage workforce partnerships.

With Workforce Connect, colleges can:

  • Centralize partnerships — track employer contacts, customized training, apprenticeships, donations, advisory boards, and more in one system
  • Strengthen collaboration — align career services, workforce, academic divisions, and leadership around shared data and clear communication
  • Coordinate advisory boards & WBL — track participation, placements, and outcomes with ease
  • Streamline reporting — generate reports for Perkins, grants, and board updates in seconds
  • Sustain relationships and centralize data — maintain continuity through staff changes with a shared history of communication and agreements all in one place

Unlimited users. No IT setup. Launch in days.

As NACCE’s strategic partner, Workforce Connect is proud to offer exclusive discounted pricing to member colleges to ensure every institution has access to the tools they need to grow workforce impact in their communities.
