I remain passionate every day making sure that I put forth my best effort in all that I do. I check in daily to ensure that the work that I am doing is filled with purpose. I strive to be of service to my clients, colleagues, and my community.
NACCE Fellows Project
The project will continue to identify and correct the misses in the DEI Realm across Community Colleges and support organizations. While there has been a significant move toward embracing Equity, there remains a quagmire between the current situation and a lot of the specific desired outcomes of DEI programming. Applying a program and process that would support key components of DEI both internally and externally would be the end goal.
