Professional Bio
Sebastian joins Citizen Schools as the Program Experience Manager, Makers + Mentors Network. Sebastian will bring to the organization his leadership expertise, knowledge of effective instructional and curriculum practices, and a passion to expand programming to diverse and underserved populations and locations. Sebastian has worked as a University program manager, teacher, and instructional facilitator. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and received his teaching certification from UNC Charlotte. He obtained his Masters degree in Educational Leadership from Queens University of Charlotte. He is North Carolina's 2017-20 PBS Digital Innovator All-Star, a member of Kappa Delta Pi Educational Honors Society, and a North Carolina Science Leadership Fellow and Board member.
