Webinar Details:
Entrepreneurship support organizations do an outstanding job delivering workshops, mentoring, and technical assistance—but many founders still struggle to apply what they've learned once the session ends. Information alone doesn't always translate into better business decisions.
In this interactive webinar, participants will explore practical strategies for moving beyond traditional educational programming to create deeper founder engagement, stronger peer learning, and more meaningful business conversations. Drawing from real-world experience facilitating entrepreneur advisory groups, Erin will share principles and facilitation techniques that help founders think more strategically, solve problems collaboratively, and build confidence through ongoing engagement.
Attendees will leave with fresh ideas for strengthening their entrepreneur support programs and practical approaches they can immediately incorporate into workshops, incubators, mentoring programs, and founder communities.
