About the Speakers:
Prashant Jain
Prashant Jain is an entrepreneur, engineering alumnus of UMass Amherst, and the founder of Milestone Institute LLC. He specializes in creating scalable institutional frameworks that help elite subject-matter experts, authors, and industry professionals translate their raw intellectual DNA into sustainable commercial assets.
With a career deeply rooted in technology development and global workforce mobilization, Prashant has successfully led complex, cross-border training initiatives in collaboration with government agencies and enterprise partners across the US, India, Japan, and Singapore. Notably, he has structured corporate university frameworks for major Japanese MNCs to systematically upskill and tackle the rapid globalization of their engineering & managerial workforces. Furthermore, he partnered with SkillsFuture Singapore and the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) to lead national rollouts of structured "Learning Circles," training hundreds of adult educators to replace traditional lectures with high-impact, peer-driven collective intelligence models.
At Milestone Institute, Prashant has operationalized world-class innovation management research into the MOMENTUM Professional Development Program (PDP). Dr. Stephen K. Markham is a world-class researcher, corporate executive, and venture builder dedicated to the science of moving specialized innovation from concept to market impact.
* Academic Authority: Goodnight Distinguished University Professor and Executive Director of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at NC State University; former Director of the Center for Innovation Management Studies (CIMS). Holds a Ph.D. from Purdue University.
