Demand for cybersecurity professionals is soaring. In this webinar, Bryan Radliff, Program Manager at Syracuse University’s D’Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF), will discuss IVMF’s free Google Cybersecurity Certificate Program and AI Microcredential which provide Veterans with the skills they need to pursue a job in cybersecurity.

About the Speaker:

Bryan Patrick Radliff currently serves as the Program Manager for Education and Training at the Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF). Previously, he was the CyberVets Program Manager within the Onward to Opportunity Program. CyberVets is a skills-to-job pathway designed to fast-track veterans into high-demand cyber careers by providing no-cost employment training, industry certifications, and career services to transitioning service members, veterans, and` military spouses.
A native of Clifton Park, New York, Bryan's commitment to service began early. In 1986, he enlisted in the Army Reserves as a Medical Supply Specialist while attending Norwich University, the nation’s oldest private military college and the birthplace of America’s Reserve Officers’ Training Corps. He later transferred to the 3-172 Mountain Infantry in 1988 as a Simultaneous Membership Program participant.
In 1990, Bryan was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant into the Armor/Cavalry Branch. His first assignment was with the 2d Squadron, 2d Armored Cavalry Regiment in Bamberg, Germany, where he served as a Tank Platoon Leader and held numerous tactical Company and Squadron level developmental positions.
Upon his return to the United States from Europe, Bryan continued his distinguished military career, serving in various assignments both stateside and in the Middle East. Notably, he commanded a Troop within the 3d Squadron, 2d Cavalry Regiment, and deployed for a year in support of Operation Joint Endeavour/Joint Guard in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He also dedicated three years as an Observer/Controller at the National Training Center (NTC).
Bryan's commitment to professional development led him to earn an MBA with honors from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He then served for two years in Riyadh as a Military Advisor to the Saudi Arabian National Guard (SANG). His leadership extended to commanding the US Army Syracuse Recruiting Battalion, and he completed three operational tours in Iraq with the 3d Armored Cavalry Regiment. A graduate of the Air War College, Bryan culminated his over 31 years of dedicated service as the Senior Regular Army Advisor to the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia National Guards.
