Amber Hicks is a Senior Coordinator at the National Association for Community College Entrepreneurship (NACCE), where she supports the operations and expansion of a large-scale youth program serving thousands of participants nationwide. She co-manages day-to-day program logistics, oversees data tracking and reporting systems, and collaborates with internal teams and external partners to drive strategic initiatives and ensure program success.
Amber contributes to program communications, marketing materials, and digital content, helping to strengthen outreach and engagement efforts that amplify NACCE’s impact. She brings a strong foundation in program coordination, data management, and cross-functional collaboration, paired with a detail-oriented approach to building efficient systems and processes.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Spelman College. Her academic background, combined with her experience in research and storytelling, informs her passion for entrepreneurship, creativity, and building meaningful relationships.
