Organization Overview

The Global Solutions Sustainability Challenge, is a virtual exchange initiative that supports workforce development in the U.S., Iraq, and Jordan. Through a virtual business competition, students collaborate on binational teams to create sustainable business solutions for global issues. GSSC provides access for students to authentic cross cultural collaboration in an environment that models the modern workplace. Students develop critical thinking, problem solving, and global citizenship skills. The Global Solutions Program is funded by the Stevens Initiative, which is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, with funding provided by the U.S. Government, and is administered by the Aspen Institute.
