Description:

As the workplace continues to evolve, so does the dynamic between generations. From Baby Boomers to Gen Z, each group brings a unique perspective — but also unique challenges — in leadership, communication, and collaboration. The real question isn’t how do we manage them? but how do we connect with them?

Join Sebastian Sanders, acclaimed social entrepreneur, higher education leader, and Founder of The Sanders Hand and Young Billionaires Club (YBC), for a powerful conversation on rethinking workforce management through the lens of generational collaboration. This webinar explores how to build stronger teams by fostering understanding, redefining leadership expectations, and embracing entrepreneurial thinking in management.

Through lived experience and innovative leadership models, Sebastian will unpack how young professionals can step into leadership roles confidently while seasoned executives learn to mentor, empower, and evolve with the next generation. Together, we’ll explore how higher education and organizations can bridge the gap — creating workplaces built on respect, collaboration, and purpose-driven impact.
