Event Details

About the Master Class:

This hands-on session goes beyond the framework to practical implementation. Participants will work through the core building blocks of the Inclusive Economic Mobility Framework™ — including the community agreement process, participant intake design, the five-phase curriculum structure, and the facilitation practices that distinguish programs that produce outcomes from programs that produce activity.
Using real templates and tools developed from over two decades of practitioner experience — including the Community Agreement Template, Participant Intake Form, and Facilitation Observation Protocol — attendees will leave with concrete materials they can adapt for their own institution, along with a clear understanding of how to sequence implementation for their context.
Participants who complete this master class will receive a Credly digital badge recognizing their training in equity-centered entrepreneurship program design.
