Workshop 1: Ideation to Architecture

Date & Time: October 6, 2026 | 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM EST

Format: 2-Hour Interactive Virtual Workshop (Laptops Required)

Overview:

The opening session guides participants through transforming an abstract business or campus workflow idea into a structured software blueprint. Participants will establish their development environments, apply scoping frameworks, and draft foundation prompts.

Session Agenda:

  • 2:00 - 2:30 PM | Problem Identification & Moscow Scoping: Mapping operational bottlenecks and defining the absolute core features of the MVP.
  • 2:30 - 3:15 PM | Architecture & Data Flow Logic: Structuring database schemas, user pathways, and UI layout specifications without writing code.
  • 3:15 - 3:45 PM | Foundation Prompt Engineering: Writing precise system prompts to direct AI engines accurately.
  • 3:45 - 4:00 PM | Day 1 Review & Workshop Assignment: Setting up build environments for Workshop 2.

Key Learning Outcomes:

  • Master the Moscow Method to eliminate feature creep before starting a build.
  • Develop complete project specifications using natural language prompts.
  • Prepare a clear data structure ready for live platform deployment.

Workshop 2: Build, Iterate, and Launch

Date & Time: October 8, 2026 | 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM EST

Format: 2-Hour Interactive Virtual Build Lab (Laptops Required)

Overview:

Picking up directly from Workshop 1, participants will build, test, and iterate on their functional MVP live in the room. This session focuses on component integration, styling, user access controls, and final deployment.

Session Agenda:

  • 2:00 - 2:30 PM | Rapid Canvas Assembly: Generating functional UI components, navigation bars, and data display cards in real time.
  • 2:30 - 3:15 PM | Component Stacking & Integration: Connecting workflows, logic rules, third-party integrations, and user database tables.
  • 3:15 - 3:45 PM | Live Iteration & Debugging: Practicing real-time communication with the build engine to fix UI elements, adjust styles, and refine performance.
  • 3:45 - 4:00 PM | Deployment & Post-Sprint Roadmap: Publishing the live web app and mapping out next steps for testing and scaling.

Key Learning Outcomes:

  • Assemble a functional software prototype in real time using conversational prompting.
  • Troubleshoot visual and structural errors directly within the build canvas.
  • Walk away with a live web link to a working digital tool.
