This webinar will provide attendees with an overview of the Ratcliffe Pitch for the Skilled Trades Competition. The different components will be discussed from the basic guidelines to reviewing the several new rules. This is a panel discussion drawing upon best practices with time for attendees to ask questions. We look forward to seeing you there!

Dr. Matt Connell
Matt Connell, Ed.D., MBA, is a senior higher education leader with more than 20 years of experience advancing student success, institutional effectiveness, and innovation across public and private colleges and universities. Currently, he serves as Director of the Werth Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship for the Connecticut State Community College System, where he provides statewide leadership across twelve campuses. Matt has overseen academic programs, faculty, and multimillion‑dollar budgets, secured significant external funding, and designed equity‑centered initiatives that improve access, retention, and outcomes for diverse learners. He is recognized for translating strategy into impactful academic and workforce programs through collaboration, data‑informed decision‑making, and inclusive leadership.
Greta Kishbaugh
Greta is a full-time instructor for the College of Business at St. Petersburg College, where she teaches management and business. She has been with SPC since 2005 as an adjunct and full-time since 2012. Greta was named in 2020, one of the Top 25 Changemakers in Tampa Bay for her work in marketing with solopreneurs. Greta is also developing a program, "Yoga for Entrepreneurs." "I encourage my students to share their business ideas. In this global business environment, it is important to discuss leadership and change and the students are the best source for real-world discussion," Professor Kishbaugh.
Sueann Graham

Sueann Graham is the Program Chair for the Garatoni School of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Ivy Tech Community College in Bloomington, Indiana. She brings over 20 years of experience in school administration, design thinking, and educational technology, along with 15 years in business operations and data analysis for both small and large companies. Her approach to teaching entrepreneurship emphasizes practical, applied learning that takes students “from idea to launch in two semesters.”

Sueann began her own entrepreneurial journey in the early 2000s while raising her two sons. During that time, she ran an educational franchise, launched two online retail businesses, and earned a patent. She holds a B.A. in Russian Teaching from Purdue University and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Marian University. Sueann is dedicated to creating a supportive, opportunity-rich environment for students, strengthened by a close partnership with the co-located South Central Indiana Small Business Development Center. Her campus was proud to be named NACCE’s 2024 Entrepreneurial College of the Year.
