Logan, Social Scientist and Business Psychologist works as a Consultant, Human Capital and Professional Development Coach, and Adjunct Professor. His research and publications are grounded in social science and psychology, which emphasizes the basic human needs of autonomy, competence, and relatedness in remote work and virtual environments in the future of work; with a focus on entrepreneurship, innovation, human: capital, flourishing, thriving, and potential.

Dr. Logan brings extensive experience from diverse industries, including Telecommunications, Networking and Infrastructure, Information Technology, Facilities Maintenance and Management, Law Enforcement, Entrepreneurship, Higher Education, and Organizational Development. His work has significantly impacted each industry and resides at the intersection of entrepreneurship, human capital, innovation, and the future of work.

He is a fervent advocate for entrepreneurship, human development, and business ownership. His active contributions to numerous work, education, community, and organization initiatives that promote entrepreneurship education, learning, and human development through innovation, technology, and growth are inspiring. His unwavering focus on basic human needs, future thinking in innovation, and the future of work is apparent.  

Dr. Logan has participated and served in various capacities, including President of Toastmasters International (Lanham, MD), Fellow and Executive Fellow (National Association of Community College Entrepreneurship), inductee and recipient of the Excellence Award (Edward A. Bouchet Honor Society) to name a few.

His more notable presentations occurred at the Association of Faculties for the Advancement of Community College Teaching (AFACCT), the Maryland Male Student of Color Summit, the NAACP Maryland State Conference 72nd Convention, and the Maryland Male Initiative Presidents Roundtable.

Some of his published works include Innovation at its Best (self-published, 2012), Coaching as a Technique of Instruction (Journal of Pedagogical Practices Across Maryland Community Colleges, 2023), Developing a Culture of Innovation (National Association of Community College Entrepreneurship, Winter/Spring 2023).

A native of Washington, D.C., he is a proud attendee of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, holds an Associate’s in Business Management from Prince George's Community College, a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Bowie State University, a Master’s in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, and a PhD in Business Psychology from The Chicago School.

Bridget Thibodeaux

Bridget Thibodeaux, BS, RDMS, is a dedicated educator and influential leader who serves as the Program Director and former Clinical Coordinator for the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program at Louisiana State University at Eunice (LSUE). With extensive clinical expertise, she emphasizes strategic program management, curriculum alignment, and educational innovation. Ms. Thibodeaux fosters an inclusive environment that prioritizes student success and ensures compliance with CAAHEP accreditation standards.

As Program Director, Ms. Thibodeaux manages all aspects of the program, emphasizing continuous review and compliance with CAAHEP standards. Her role as Clinical Coordinator (2021–2025) involved strengthening the link between classroom instruction and professional practice, coordinating with healthcare facilities for student placements, and ensuring quality clinical experiences. She also developed recruitment processes to enhance access to allied health programs.

Recognized as a Louisiana Board of Regents Meauxmentum Scholar, she holds a certification in Effective Teaching Practices and is pursuing a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Education Technology at LSU Shreveport. Actively engaged on campus, she serves as an LSUE Faculty Senator and is involved with the Achieving the Dream Core Leadership Team, in addition to being a Content Item Reviewer for the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).

Bridget Leigh Thibodeaux, BS, RDMS, is a seasoned healthcare professional, educator, and academic leader with a focus on integrating technical expertise and interpersonal skills in allied health education. Currently, she serves as the Program Director for the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program at Louisiana State University at Eunice, where she plays a critical role in preparing future sonographers for both clinical proficiency and professional success in complex healthcare environments.

As an ARDMS-credentialed sonographer specializing in Abdomen and Obstetrics & Gynecology, and an active member of the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (SDMS), Bridget brings a wealth of clinical and academic experience to her leadership role. Her work specifically addresses the transitional phase where students move from acquiring ultrasound skills to engaging with the realities of live patient care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and high-stakes clinical communication. She underscores the need to combine technical competence with professional judgment, emotional intelligence, and workplace readiness to ensure that graduates are well equipped to contribute effectively to multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

In her previous role as Clinical Coordinator, Bridget collaborated closely with healthcare facilities and clinical preceptors to enhance students' professional behaviors. She emphasized the importance of accountability, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and workplace professionalism alongside technical skill development.

Currently, Bridget is completing a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction at Louisiana State University at Shreveport, with a concentration in Education Technology Leadership. Her graduate research explores innovative approaches to preparing healthcare professionals for complex clinical environments by integrating leadership frameworks, emerging educational technologies, and data-informed instructional design into allied health education.

Recognized as a Louisiana Board of Regents Meauxmentum Scholar and certified in Effective Teaching Practices (ACUE), she is dedicated to fostering resilience, adaptability, and ethical leadership in the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Sheila Woods

Sheila Woods is a Business and Accounting faculty member at Alvin College and a CPA with extensive experience in financial management, curriculum design, and organizational leadership. She serves as Faculty Lead for Alvin College’s Business Programs, where she leads innovative, AI-enhanced teaching practices and develops high-impact learning materials for Accounting, Entrepreneurship, HR, Business Law, and Finance courses.

As a practicing accountant and entrepreneur, Sheila operates her own accounting firm, supporting small businesses and nonprofits with tax strategy, system integrations, compliance, and financial planning. She is recognized for her ability to simplify complex concepts, create engaging student experiences, and design scalable systems for business growth.

Known for her professionalism, empathy, and dedication to student success, Sheila continues to bridge education, technology, and real-world application to empower learners and clients alike.
