National Entrepreneurship Month
Momentum. Innovation. Impact.
As we close out National Entrepreneurship Month, one word rises above the rest: momentum.
Across the country through the NACCE network, we have been connecting, co-creating, and accelerating impact.
Here’s what we learned:
Entrepreneurial Mindset Is Leadership Mindset.
From presidents to faculty to students, leaders stepped forward to embrace innovative action. The relaunch of the Presidents for Entrepreneurship Pledge (PFEP) made it clear: an entrepreneurial mindset belongs at the center of institutional strategy. We celebrated five presidents signing in February, including in-person and pop-up ceremonies, with ten more presidents planning their commitments in March.
Community Colleges Are Catalysts.
Our webinars were packed with practical tools, courageous conversations, and future-focused thinking. At the ACCT Legislative Summit in Washington, DC, I discovered new opportunities to collaborate with the U.S. Department of Labor around workforce development and how NACCE’s free career exploration platform, SkillPointe.com, can help connect talent to opportunity at scale.
Engagement Creates Energy.
When presidents, faculty, funders, and partners show up consistently, momentum compounds. This month proved that when we align around shared purpose, we elevate entire communities.
We are not just hosting events.
We are building a movement.
What’s Next: March = Innovation
