Cancellation Policy

NACCE Annual Conference

  • Refunds for registration fees will be given for cancellations received in writing by Friday, September 6, 2019. 
  • Refunds will be processed after the conference minus a $125 administrative fee per registrant. 
  • Please note that no refunds will be issued for pre-conferences or tours or for cancellations received after September 6, 2019. 
  • Attendee substitutions can be made at any time.

NACCE Institute

  • No refunds will be given for NACCE Institute courses.     
  • Substitution requests can be made by emailing Amy Bouvier. For questions about cancellation policies and refunds, please contact us at (413) 306-3131. Substitutions received after the start of the class will not be possible.
  • If you are unable to participate in this course once you have paid for it, you may take the course the next time it is offered with no penalty.
