Tom is a Washington, D.C. attorney representing community colleges on policy and funding initiatives. He works with the White House, federal agencies and Congress to obtain support for clients. Tom previously served as a Congressional chief of staff and legislative aide.
A graduate of Brown University the American University law school, Tom serves on a Smithsonian Institution Advisory Council and the Board of Trustees of National History Day.
