When is the conference?

Where is the conference?

Our conference is hybrid, so our in-person conference will take place at the Boston Park Plaza in Boston, MA. The virtual compenent of the conference will take place through Zoom webinar.


What sessions will be virtual?

All of the general sessions will be streamed live for the virtual attendees. Pre-conference sessions and breakout sessions will not be live-streamed to the virtual audience, but will be recorded and made available post-event. The virtual compenent of the conference will take place through Zoom webinars. Virtual attendees will receive an automated email from zoom webinar with the link & log in information.


Can in-person attendees access virtual sessions?

We highly recommend that in-person attendees join us in-person for all sessions!


Are meals included in my in-person registration?

The in-person ticket includes evening receptions (with appetizers and drinks on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday), breakfast buffets (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday), lunch buffets (Monday & Tuesday), as well as daily snacks and coffee.


Is the hotel included in my registration?

No, but we've secured a great rate at the Boston Park Plaza. Book here.


How do I make a hotel registration?

What is the attire for the conference?

Business casual. Dress in layers for your comfort!


Can the promo codes be extended?

No, to be fair to all members, promo codes will not be extended. We will be offering various promos throughout June - August, but we encourage you to register as soon as possible to take advantage of the best promos.


Can I receive a group discount?

Yes, we encourage you to bring your team! For group or bulk discounts, please email info@nacce.com.


Can my institution become a member to receive member pricing?

Yes! Becoming a NACCE member is a great way to save on event registration! To become a member, click here. 


I need approval before I can process a payment, can I register and delay payment?

If you are a NACCE member, you can register now and pay later using the invoice option during registration.


I registered for a virtual ticket but want to change to an in-person ticket. How can I do that?
