Global Solutions, A Virtual Exchange Program to Develop Entrepreneurship Skills
With ever changing economies, it is important youth are given opportunities to develop knowledge, skills, and attitudes that support entrepreneurship and global citizenship. Virtual exchange provides a unique opportunity for college students to develop key skills such as problem solving, critical thinking, and empathy while learning how to communicate cross culturally with students in another country. IREX offers two virtual exchange models: Global Solutions Sustainability Challenge, an eight week virtual business competition and Global Solutions Conversations, a six week virtual dialogue.
